Fact:
A ManagementPack is a binary file and make no sense to humans but machines can.
Situation:
You have been given the task to look at what is inside the newest version of a ManagementPack from Microsoft or some other vendor.
Solution:
Aside from Boris Yanushpolsky’s MPTOXML program and mine – which is in the tools folder here -- Boris has created a powershell version of the same which can be downloaded from here:
As for my program, you can either select a single ManagementPack or all ManagementPacks in a single folder.
